Home sales not up just postponed from August.

News is out that sales of new homes rose 2.7 percent in September after falling 12.3 percent in August. Folks are now speculating that we have hit bottom. I am here to tell you that we have not hit bottom and home sales are not on the rise. It's just that some sales that were planned for August were posponed into September while the banks and buyers decided what funds were going to be available -- Remember all the banks stocks crashing and the 700 billion dollar bailout?
