Piracy on the high seas.

My partner has gone out to sea. Some navy seals are asking for advice. something about trying to rescue a hostage who is the captain of a merchant ship that narrowly avoided capture by a few teenagers from Somalia. The crew got away with the ship but the captain is a hostage. These things are always dangerous -more so politically than life and death. But a dead hostage is better than a paid ransom in my way of thinking. Hopefully only the pirates will be killed in this one. Even if they are only wayward youth. We don't want to encourage them to steal again.
