Our down stairs neighbors are selling their car. It's the same kind as ours
only 3 years newer. The asking price was $4500. A fair deal.
They lowered the price to 3900. Hmm a good deal there for somebody.
Today they lowered the price to 3500. They are leaving the country in a month and need to get things settled.
I offered them $3000. The lady said she'd take that if I let her drive the car until the day she leaves.
We agreed to the terms. I told her I'd give her 1000 next week and 2000 on the following payday. The deal was too good to pass up even though I was not in the market for a car.
I'm sure when the summer inbound personell arrive enmass after school gets out I'll be able to sell it for a handsome profit. Or maybe keep it and sell the older one.
