We don't all think alike and never will.

After listening to a lot of talk radio and reading comments on-line, I've noticed a lot of difference in what people believe are the facts. There are different world views. I don' t see any way possible to reconcile all the differences. People just don't think alike. They won't ever come to complete agreement. I used to think that if people with opposite opinions would come together and have a rational discussion and had the time and other resources to research all the facts that even if they came to different opinions they would at least agree on the facts. Now I don' t believe that is possible. A lot of people are confused and belive things that are just not true. Even the facts won't convince them. Either they won't believe the facts are true or they will percieve a different meaning for the facts. I can no longer say that we all want the same things we just have a different idea of how to get there. That doesn't always hold true.
