Would I be right to fire them?

There are a couple of guys who work for me at the real estate office. Every day after work they hang out on the corner of walk and don't walk with begger's cups, asking for beer money. They don't need the money. They just do it for fun. And when they get money they buy beer. After a few beers they go home. What they are doing is perfectly legal but I don't like it, especially when they let people know they work for my real estate company. I'd like to fire them. What do you think? Should I have the right to fire them for what they do in their off time. They haven't broken any laws and I can' t pinpoint any financial harm they've caused my buisiness but I think somehow working at the same place with them and then having them act so foolishly someone tarnishes my reputation.
